Course Announcement: ATMS 802 - Advanced Grilling Techniques

We'll start out with a review of the basics such as hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages and veggie dogs. More challenging topics such as assembling the perfect skewer, barbeque sauces of the world and seafood will also be addressed, as well as side dishes.

Required materials: Tongs, paper plates, selected condiments, paper towels, utensils, building key for access to the roof. Must replace gas as necessary.
