Now You Know Dino

So. Most of you know me to be pretty inactive politically. But with the Washington gubernatorial election coming up, I want to take a second to urge all you WA voters who are women or who care about women to visit
Now You Know Dino.
Dino Rossi, the GOP/Republican candidate is extremely out of step with the public when it comes to women's reproductive rights and he knows it, but he's done a really good job of not talking about it. The campus group UW Women For Choice (of which I am a member) is trying to get the word out that Dino does not support providing birth control to women, does not agree with Roe v. Wade, and wants ineffective abstinence-only sex ed in schools. Take a minute to educate yourself about his stance on these issues and give the site your name if this really resonates with you.

AND REMEMBER: the DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE in Washington state is OCT.4!
