"potentially catastrophic"
EDIT: I really love how NWS public advisories and forecasts are always in caps. It makes everything seem SO FREAKIN' IMPORTANT. Which, of course, it is... I think if a category 5 hurricane or a F5 tornado don't deserve to be in caps, nothing does.

After 2004, I learned that anything with the name of Dean should be considered potentially catastrophic. Zing!
